    • Abstract:
The article provides information on the online survey conducted by Cranfield School of Management which reveals that 51% of the companies fail to produce best employees due to ineffective implementation of a talent development program in Great Britain. Emma Parry, head of the Cranfield research, points out that the cited cause is due to lack of financial investment. She adds that the report serves as employers' wake-up call for adoption of strategic human management.
