One sinter technique CASE REPORT.

Time is an important factor in all areas and that is why we are looking for winning solutions. Helped by software and CNC systems, manufacturing industry managed to offer us time and at the same time to be able to be productive. It is the same in case of dental technique when we are helped by CAD / CAM to produce prosthetic frameworks and even anatomical restorations. Instead the aesthetics remains a problem that engineers have not managed to find a solution and remains up to each technician to solve it as fair as possible. Most often, the construction of a frontal teeth using ceramic powders, gives headaches to most of the technicians. Even if we have saved time, precision and quality in fabricating the frameworks using CAD / CAM we have to pass a final step, which is to build-up ceramic as good as possible, all ceramic powders. Most times we are forced to do two to three ceramic build-ups to get the correct form but at the same time desired shade. This is time-consuming. But if there was a possibility to build-up ceramics and achieve a single sintering process with perfect results, so that the time gained, due to CAD / CAM systems, we continue to use it. Timpul este un factor important în toate domeniile şi de aceea căutăm cheia gestionării optime a acestuia. Softurile şi sistemele CNC ne ajută să câştigăm timp dar şi să devenim productivi. Nu putem vorbi de productivitate fără să vorbim de timp. În tehnica dentară suntem ajutați de sistemele CAD/CAM să realizăm structuri protetice şi chiar restaurări anatomice într-un timp scurt. Dar partea estetică este o problemă pe care inginerii nu au reuşit încă să o rezolve şi rămâne în continuare în sarcina tehnicienilor. De cele mai multe ori, construcția unui grup frontal prin folosirea pulberilor de ceramică constituie o problemă pentru majoritatea tehnicienilor. Chiar dacă am câştigat timp, precizie şi calitate în realizarea structurilor cu ajutorul CAD/CAM-ului mai avem de trecut un ultim impas, acela de a stratifica cât mai corect toate nuanțele de ceramică. De cele mai multe ori suntem nevoiți să recurgem la două sau trei construcții pentru obținerea formei corecte şi a nuanței dorite. Acest aspect consumă timp. Dar cu ajutorul sistemelor CAD/CAM există posibilitatea de a construi ceramica şi de a o realiza printr-o singură sinterizare. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
