      The article focuses on the effective management of employees. Some of the motivational factors related to job satisfaction are interesting and challenging work, recognition acknowledgement and appreciation, and sense of job security. It stresses that effective leadership and management must recognize and reinforce desired performance attributes and accomplishments to help ensure that employees will continue to perform them.
