The methodological basis of the research consists in the analysis of the dynamic series offoreign exchange and cash flows, comparison method, other methodological approaches for theestimation of foreign currency flows. According to the research, foreign exchange flows to individuals areone third higher than official ones. These estimates give a meaningful assessment of the level of consumerdemand as well as other parameters of financial flows in the country.
