      Summary, etc.: Describes the Workbridge Council, with the role of placing disabled persons into the workplace. Looks at reasons why businesses don't employ disabled people and research showing that these are myths, with disabled employees being cost effective. Discuses how disability confidence can be built in the workplace, the use of technology and flexibility of time to help disabled employees, and considering the needs and access for disabled customers. Looks at ways HR professionals can encourage employment of the disabled in their organisations.
